In this issue we are delighted to recommend Katie Leigh who describes herself as 'The Original Magical Craftswomen' and 'Psychic Councellor'.

So what is a "Magical Craftswomen"? It's basically a witch trained as an artist and craft worker. Her method of 'psychic 'psychic counseling'' is simply a way of healing. Katie also makes aesthetically beautiful things and stores the healing, or spells in them and gives the objects to her clients. There is no all purpose cure, all clients and solutions are unique. Her skill comes from both an analytic and intuitive knowledge of which combination will work and harnessing the right spiritual entity for the right client.

There is a tradition of psychics and healers in Katie's family, documented back to 1820, and she believes that although some of the knowledge can be acquired (she trained as a Gwyddon priestess), she was born with a talent for it. She helps people by getting them to help themselves. She might give them a task to do which might be as simple as going for a walk opening their arms to receive solar energy.

Katie also takes her clients on Shamanic journeys. Here she takes people on an internal journey where they might meet the ancient Celtic deity, or perhaps Jesus, if that's what they need. She says "Gods don't have the prejudices that their priests do; I simply call in the appropriate spiritual guidance. I work with goddesses like Isis, who has been around for 6000 years. I also work with Allah, although I find he works better if he has a couple of goddesses alongside him." After the inner journey, the client may be sent to find an object to help the healing.
